Well first let me say the piece of furiture is beautiful and I love it. soild wood great price.

The problem We are having is with the credit department. It starts like this . ON august 31 2017 I went into store to make a payment on the furniture,we had a 90 day contract. Well I paid double payment and then was told that we were going through November 2017 to make payment,and I asked if the 90 day plan would still be good.

Well the young lady said yes since I paid double, so this was a verbal agreement which is a binding verbal contract. So here I am thinking we are good through November to pay off the piece. This week i receive a call stating our account was sent to collections due to none payment and our balance was 444 and change. I explained it to the rep that called and she said she would speak with the district manager Chad Ford .I never received a call from Chad Ford ,but from an other member.

I am very upset with this .And yes the 90 day contract was signed ,but........when i was told it would still be in affect I was excited and happy to know that the credit company is extending 90 day through November 2017. I really don't know what to do and I don't want to give in until I am proven wrong.

What do all think? Should the verbal conversation be a bid.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
